Juggling Lab Sept 4th & 5th
As part of UpDown Circus Festival artform development strand, we are taking a deep dive with Alex Allison into the techniques and methodology he has developed and honed over the last 15 years. This juggling lab investigates the movement of our bodies and the spatial relationship in rhythmic time with an object and gravity. Supported by Cork City Council

Runners Sept 6th
A circus show combining excellent juggling, stunning objects and incredible sounds.
2 jugglers find themselves bound to the rules of running machines while a musician orchestrates them through a series of games and experiments. A vivid circus performance celebrating juggling and running. Supported by Arts Council of Ireland
