Hoop Convergence is the original Hoop Dancer's Conference
held outside the beautiful Hooper Haven of Carrboro, North Carolina, an area rich with devout hoopers, grassroots communities and biodiversity. Hoop Convergence brings together the skills of talented teachers and performers from around the continent.
Hoop Convergence honors the many paths of hoop dancers. Whether hooping is a hobby, your personal spiritual practice, re-creation, livelihood (through teaching or performance), your vehicle for social outreach, community building or ALL of these things, this gathering will inspire and enrich your journey.
